PVFF 2007 Banquet - Lou Stohlman

This year our banquet will be at a new location. We are moving to the Amvets in Middletown. This change was necessary since there were some problems with last year's location.

The banquet will be on October 28, 2007 so please mark your calendar. We badly need items for the bucket raffles and auction. Please do what you can to help contribute. If you have items that you do use much anymore, please consider a donation. These items do not need to be only fishing related. We have women and children who love to win things like bath soap or baskets. I know because last year my daughter won a basket full of soap and lotion at another banquet and she loved it. If you have a resource for a donation of gift certificates, etc please research. Our club needs your help. The more we bring in the more successful our banquet will be.

The banquet will again be on Sunday afternoon and we encourage everyone to bring his or her kids or grandkids to add to the fun. We will have special buckets for the kids and other activities as well. Tickets will be $25.00 for adults and $8.00 for kids 6 - 12, no charge for kids 5 and under.

We also need volunteers to help with set up and break down of the room. If you would like to volunteer, please see me at the next meeting or just show up at the banquet willing to help.
